Will China's Gov Ever Allow Bitcoin Again in China? [on hold]

I read in the news that China banned all crypto and when that happen the bitcoin price is crashing. I believe that Chinese power have strong relation with the booming of all crypto currency market last year (2017). But with Chinese absence will crypto market falling appart? Any chance that China's Gov will let the crypto market open again in China? And lastly, with the condition all around the world tightening their regulation against crypto, will the crypto reach 1 Trillion market cap?
